Terms of Service

1. Service description
Frameflow helps creators manage final short-form video files and, after review and explicit consent, send them to an authorized TikTok account, Instagram Professional account or YouTube channel through official APIs.
2. Your content and account
You are responsible for the videos, captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, mentions and other material you submit. You must own or have permission to use the content and must follow each platform’s rules and applicable law. You remain responsible for every account you authorize.
3. Third-party integrations
TikTok, Meta and Google/YouTube are independent services. Availability, permissions, review outcomes, private-view restrictions, rate limits and processing times are controlled by them. Frameflow does not represent any platform and does not promise approval, reach or a publication outcome.
4. Explicit user control
Frameflow shows the destination account and the metadata sent to it before publication. A user must select a destination, accept the required content and platform declarations, and click a clearly labeled publish button. The admin board can submit the same reviewed video to several already-authorized accounts only after the operator selects those destinations.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Frameflow to upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or malicious content, to evade platform limits or to automate a publication that you have not explicitly reviewed and approved.
6. Availability and limitations
The service may be unavailable, rate-limited or changed when third-party APIs change. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular publication time. Technical and legal owner details: TODO_OWNER_SERVICE_LIMITATIONS.
7. Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or remove access for abuse, security risk, unlawful use or third-party policy violations. You may disconnect a platform from the dashboard and request deletion through TODO_OWNER_DELETION_PROCESS. Deleting Frameflow data does not delete the corresponding content from a platform.
